Eligibility

Returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, factory sealed, original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Not eligible: Opened boxes/packs, shipped pre-orders, final sale items, gift cards.

How to Return

Email support@markovex.shop with order number, items, reason, and photos. Response in 1–3 business days. Do not ship without authorization.

Refunds

Processed within 10 business days to original payment method. Allow 3–5 days to appear.

Damaged/Wrong Items

Contact within 7 days with photos. Replacement or full refund at no cost.

Return Shipping

We cover shipping for our errors. Customer-initiated and international returns are customer responsibility.
